🚀 Paybix Release Highlights – July 2025

🔄 Closure – Compliance-Driven Post-Closure Process

We’ve reached a major milestone in ensuring payroll compliance and accountability.
The new post-closure handover process replaces scattered emails and manual file transfers with a secure, fully auditable workflow between you and your local payroll providers.

What this means for you:

• Compliance-first design – every file, approval, and message is tracked with a full audit trail of who downloaded, approved, or changed what.
• Streamlined approvals – faster sign-off between customers and local providers with complete transparency.
• Centralized communication – all discussions stay in one place, clearly linked to their closure.
• Smart collaboration – rich text formatting for styled messages, selective user notifications, and a visible counter of active threads so nothing is missed.
• Extra assurance – a dedicated Payment confirmation needed step before finalizing.
• Efficiency boost – start your first communication directly when finishing a closure, with rich text formatting built in.

This is more than a feature — it’s a step towards bulletproof payroll compliance and seamless provider collaboration.

Country-specific closure updates:

Fixed some issues in European payroll, more specific for payroll in the United Kingdom, payroll in France, payroll in the Netherlands and payroll in Belgium.

• UK – Fixed issues with the pay component closure file and fixed data closure file.
• FR – Resolved a critical issue in the pay components closure file.
• NL – Fixed a Nmbrs synchronization issue with wage components.
• BE – Fixed a Prisma synchronization issue where the “reason out” was incorrect.

💰 Pay Components

• Added a cost center field to pay components.
• Fixed an issue preventing pay component update processes from being created for monthly pay periods.

📥 Import

• When importing payroll codes, you can now flag a code as a detailed salary, giving you more control and accuracy in your payroll setup. This is the first step towards a Self service expense request module.

⚙️ General

• The Upcoming Events dashboard has been completely redesigned – all event types now appear in one unified view for instant workforce insights.
• Added provider logos to the configuration page for quicker recognition.
• The payroll code screen has been redesigned for a clearer overview of configurations.
• The Use in self service flag on payroll codes has been renamed to Use in calendar policy for clarity and because an expense request module is coming.

📊 Reporting

• The reporting assistant now supports filtering on payroll codes.
• Your chat history in the ✨AI reporting assistant is now properly restored.

🐞 Solved Bugs

• Visiting a non-existent URL now shows a friendly error message.
• Fixed incorrect address validation when creating a new contract.
• Fixed the anniversaries widget so future contracts are not shown as anniversaries.
