🚀 Paybix Release Highlights – June 2025

May was a month of significant enhancements in Paybix, focusing on user experience, reporting capabilities, and country-specific adaptations. Here's an overview of the key updates:

🌟 Smart Pay Components Launched

Paybix unveiled the first version of Smart Pay Components, marking a step towards more intelligent and automated payroll management. This feature aims to streamline payroll processes and reduce manual interventions.

📊 Enhanced Reporting Features

Several improvements were made to the reporting module:

• Reporting Assistant Copilot: Enhanced for better usability.
• New Views: Added views for Civil States and Family Members.
• User Interface Enhancements:
  • Removed time parts from datetime fields.
  • Limited period selection to a maximum of one year.
  • Introduced a search bar to locate fields easily.
  • Enabled deletion of reports after execution.

🔒 Streamlined Closure Processes

Improvements to the closure functionality include:

• Corrections-Only Closure: Now displays only individuals with corrections since the last closure, reducing clutter.
• Pay Components Tab: Resolved the issue of displaying currency signs where values were not amounts.
• French Provider Export: Added specific person and contract export functionality.

🌍 Country-Specific Enhancements

Tailored updates for various countries for European payroll (payroll in the UK, payroll in Germany, payroll in the Netherlands and payroll in Poland):

• United Kingdom:
  • Introduced a customer-specific import conversion, fully integrated into Paybix.
  • Simplified nationality data handling.
• Germany: Fixed an issue where the effective end date was highlighted without changes.
• Netherlands:
  • Implemented a new SDK version for Nmbrs API integration.
  • Enabled addition of employee templates in a table, with automatic retrieval of internal keys from Nmbrs.
• Poland:
  • Added two new payroll codes in the conversion mapping.
  • Changed the export format for the local partner.

🛠️ General Improvements

• Import Process: Stopped sending emails when importing payroll codes; notifications are now only triggered for manual additions.
• User Interface:
  • Fixed overlapping icons and text on empty screens.
  • Moved the 'Reverse sign on import' flag to the Calculated Data tab.
  • Resolved issues where Paybix lost database connection after prolonged use.

📅 Calendar and Configuration Updates

• Calendars: Added the ability to add and import cost centers for calendar entries, overriding contract cost centers.
• Configuration: Now displays the payroll code in the absence request policy, aiding in distinguishing between policies with identical labels.

📁 Document Management

• Allowed uploading of Excel (.xlsx) files as documents, expanding the range of supported file types.

🙋 Self-Service Enhancements

• Pending Requests: Introduced a menu item to display pending requests.
• Calendar Display: Fixed an issue where untrimmed names caused 'undefined' to appear in day details.
