🎉 Epix Release Notes 🎉

🌍 Country-Specific Enhancements

• Netherlands: Employee template for Nmbrs (NL) is now available. 📄 and taxes field (NL) is hidden when empty 🔒
• Netherlands: Payslips from Nmbrs (Visma) now automatically sync in the document management system and are accessible via self-service 📁
• Portugal: Added specific dropdown lists. 👩👨
• Poland: Included a specific 'post office' field. 📬
• France: Specific pay component export and calendar export added. 🇫🇷

📧 Closure Enhancements

‍Payroll providers now receive an email with a link to closure files. 🔗 Access is limited to custom users for security.

📅 Self-Service Improvements

• Auto-approved absence requests now trigger an email with a calendar item (.ics) 🗓️
• Homepage month selection is remembered when navigating between pages 🔄
• Uploading Avatars now supports only specific file types (e.g., .jpg) 📸
• Overtime can be requested through self-service, adding hours to the work schedule ⏱️
• Payroll code linking in the request policy allows uplifting counters based on another payroll codes (eg: overtime counter)💼

💡 Person & Contract Enhancements

‍A link to documentation now explains why the paygroup field might be disabled at the contract level 🔗

📂 Import Wizard

‍The import wizard has been reorganized for better flexibility and additional wizard steps in the future (coming up)🚀

‍We can now limit the import of calculated data records from payroll providers, useful for excluding 0-value records or parameter non-functional codes 🚫
