🚀 Epix Feature Release 🌟

We're thrilled to announce some exciting new features and updates for our Epix Core HR and Payroll SaaS Platform. Our goal is to continuously improve your experience, streamline your international payroll processes, and make HR management more efficient. Here's a rundown of what's new!

🌎 Absence Self-Service

• Seamless Request Management: Employees can now click through from the day detail directly to the request to manage their absences effortlessly.
• Enhanced Validation: If an employee forgets to add a sick note, the validation error will now appear on the home page of the mobile web app. Employees can upload the sick note via the request.
• Calendar Invites: Upon approval of an absence request (based on configuration), employees will receive a calendar invite to update their personal calendar.

📊 Advanced Analytics

• Productivity Analytics: Introducing a new series of reports that provide insights based on the calendars of your international workforce.
• Bradford Calculation: Easily track absenteeism with the new Bradford calculation.
• Self-Service Counters: View remaining leave rights and other self-service counters at a glance.

🚗 Company Car Management

• License Plate Retention: Add a new car with the same license plate, a feature useful in countries where retaining the plate is possible when buying a new car.
• Field Validation: Ensure all necessary fields are filled when assigning a car to a driver from a specific country.

📂 Document Management System

• HR and Employee Document Uploads: In the coming weeks, we will release a new module allowing HR to upload company and personal documents.
• Self-Service Document Access: Based on configuration, employees will be able to view certain documents via self-service.

🏠 Home Page Improvements

• Event Visibility Fix: We’ve resolved an issue where individuals with events were shown in widgets until the event date but not on the day itself. This is now fixed.

🌐 Country-Specific Enhancements

• Czech Republic (CZ): Finalized specific fields and validations.
• United Kingdom (UK): Added specific export options.
• Italy (IT): Implemented specific calendar export files.
