🚀 Epix Release Update — November 2025

November has been a month of significant functional improvements, smarter automation, and continued progress on our international and HCM initiatives. Below is a consolidated overview of what’s new across the Epix platform.

🧠 Smarter Automation & AI Enhancements

AI-Powered International Payslip Import Wizard

We introduced a major new capability this month: an AI-driven wizard that processes payslips from any country, in any language or layout.
The wizard automatically identifies the worker, validates the results, and assigns payslips directly to the correct personal file — all within one unified workflow.

This upgrade removes countless hours of manual work and provides a consistent experience for globally distributed teams.

Smart Pay Improvements

Smart Pay components now support min/max conditions on calendar-based checks, allowing more precise rule definitions (e.g., trigger only if ≥ 4 hours worked).
This lays the groundwork for more intelligent automations in future updates.

🌍 International & Country-Specific Updates

We continued to expand Epix’s international coverage with several new country enhancements:

• 🇵🇱 Poland: Added a new export of the fixed data file.
• 🇩🇰 Denmark: Added new paycomponents and a calendar closure file.
• 🌐 International: AI Payslip Wizard (see above) now supports all countries and layouts.
• 📅 Generic closure files now have improved sorting by contract and date.

These updates help global payroll teams achieve smoother, more consistent workflows across borders.

🧩 Platform Improvements & Integrations

New Central Portal Page (myepix.io)

We launched a new entry point to Epix that centralizes access for users with multiple tenants — especially Value Added Resellers.
Everyone now sees a clear overview of their available tenants, with automatic redirect when only one tenant is available.

Users that only have access to one tenant, can use this too and will be auto redirected to their environment. You don't need to remember the full url anymore!

‍Note: Users must log in before the page becomes visible. Because login happens first, the system cannot automatically redirect SSO users to their identity provider.

HCM Integrations

We continued structural work on the upcoming HCM integration, specifically the contract link. This work happens behind the scenes and prepares for larger releases planned in the coming months.

Nmbrs Implementation Upgrade

We upgraded our Nmbrs integration to a brand-new package, improving reliability and future expandability.

👤 People & Self Service Improvements

• Employees can now update their own address and bank details in Self Service.
• When creating a new person in Epix, the system now automatically suggests the next free person number.
• Imported contract end dates are now saved correctly.

These improvements streamline core people administration and reduce manual corrections.

📅 User Experience Enhancements

• The Team Calendar now includes a clear visual legend.
• Closure and attendance files are now presented in a more logical order, sorted by contract and date.
• Backend jobs initiated by users now run with system settings, avoiding inconsistencies caused by user-specific preferences.

These updates improve clarity, consistency, and overall usability in day-to-day operations.
