🚀 Epix Release Highlights – April 2025

🌍 Country-Specific

• Belgium: Added Partena and ProPay as payroll providers. Also some fileformats for SD Worx Payroll were added.
• Germany: Export now includes contract-specific bank details.
• Netherlands: CapsNobel added as payroll provider.
• Poland: ASB PL import supported; empty fields hidden in contract widgets.
• Italy: Calendar export supports override payroll codes.

📊 Reporting Assistant Copilot ✨ release

• ‍Copilot AI is live for all customers—ask questions about report results (currently free).
• Reporting Assistant supports filters by provider, employer, and pay group.
• Other: decimal format fixed in downloads, report run details viewable, improved provider filtering for custom users with limited access rights.

🔄 Import

• Integrated format conversion and retry support.
• Auto-detects correct file format for conversion on upload.

⚙️ General

• Improved UX: redesigned contract screen, better widget spacing, fixed homepage car display.
• Service providers are now shown in Marketplace with linked documentation.
• Special characters removed from filenames when based on employer or paygroup names.

👥 Person & Contract

• Fixed pay group selection for edge cases.
• Person creation no longer requires a contract, for people that don't have a contract with the company but need self service approval rights.
• Bank account visibility improved in contracts.

🧾 Closure

• UI tweaks for inactive tabs and payroll codes.
• Date formats standardized in emails.

🔐 Security Pentest

• We successfully passed external audit with only 4 minor issues. Great result!
