• 🙈 Self-Service Tab Improvements
  • The self-service tab is now hidden on a person level when the feature is not in use.
  • We now ensure a person is selected when enabling self-service for a user.
• 🐞 Bug Fixes
  • Fixed an incorrect message in the Injury Management module.
• 🚗 Company Car Menu
  • Hidden when the company car feature isn’t activated.
• 🔒 Paygroup Restrictions
  • The paygroup field on contract level is locked under specific conditions, with added clarification for users.
• 🌐 New Reseller Providers
  • Added new providers to our backend system for assigning customers.

📊 Calculated Data

• Optional Calculate Date
  • The calculation date is no longer mandatory in imports to accommodate providers who don’t include it in files.
• Smarter Imports (Coming Soon)
  • We’re working on limiting imports to only relevant payroll codes—stay tuned for this enhancement!

🌍 Country-Specific Updates

• 🇱🇺 Luxembourg: New fields, validations, and exports.
• 🇵🇱 Poland: New field 'Post Office' and new validations. They are added to standard exports.
• 🇳🇱 Netherlands: Support for shift codes.
• 🇩🇪 Germany: Introduced new validations.

🗓️ Payroll Closure

• Faster Calendar Loading
  • Improved the calendar in the closure wizard—now 10x faster for larger populations!
• 📥 Enhanced Provider Communication
  • Added a link in the closure email for payroll providers to download the generic Excel and other information.
• 🛠️ Bug Fix
  • Fixed an issue where success emails were sent too early to providers.

💸 Pay Components

• Smart Pay Components
  • We’re making great progress on this new feature—stay tuned for the next release notes for more details!

📁 Document Management

• Secure Financial Documents
  • Disabled the setting that allowed HR to accidentally enable the employee access to financial documents.

✨ Epix Copilot

• AI Assistant Revamp
  • Epix Copilot now uses a new and improved model for better answers to payroll, HR, and tax-related questions.
  • Provides references to official sites and specific pages where possible, making it your ultimate assistant for multi-country payroll questions.
