Epix Technical Requirements

General software requirements

Epix is a cloud-native platform that does not require software to be installed on Customer’s IT hardware infrastructure. Customer needs to foresee software to manage the export and import of data from and to Epix in various formats, such as but not limited to CSV, TXT and XLSX.

Supported web browsers

Epix runs in the most current version of any of the following web browsers.: Apple Safari, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox. Paybix does not guarantee the correct functioning of Epix if it is not run on the most current version of these web browsers.

Hardware and network requirements

The use of Epix requires a regular laptop or desktop with the following specifications:

• a screen resolution of minimum 1920 x 1080,
• minimum 8GB RAM
• an Intel Core i5, an AMD Ryzen 5 CPU or higher.

Caveat: external factors such as but not limited to network bandwidth will have an impact on Epix response time.
