🚀 Paybix – September Release Overview

🔐 Closure & Handover

• Centralized documents — a single view for all documents attached to the handover process so admins can see everything in one place.
• Handover overview & warnings — an overview for payroll closure handover documents plus the option to download all warnings related to API closures.
• More document types — handovers can now include different document types (output, financial, payslips).
• Payment-team coordination — added an option to inform the payment team directly when creating a handover communication to speed up payouts.
  

📥 Import & Integration

• Import stability & speed — import process page performance improved for faster, more stable imports.
• Nmbrs reliability — Nmbrs integration is now checked automatically every night for extra reliability; we also fixed issues that appeared when employee numbers changed.
  

📄 Documents

• Prisma payslip retrieval — improved overlap/logic for fetching Prisma documents so payslips and related documents are more consistently available.
  

👤 Person & Contract Management / Fixes

• Validation cleanup — removed unnecessary validations when a contract is marked Calculated by Epix, reducing false errors.
• UI/structure bug fixes — fixed issues with contracts (company car not displayed in some cases) and team structures with people marked out-of-service.
  

🌐 Country-specific updates

• UK — added a dedicated UK contract tab (for pension scheme data) and a tailored pension closure file; validations for the new UK tab now only trigger when a contribution scheme is supplied, and early-display issues were fixed.
• DE — German social security numbers are now exported without spaces.
• NL — Nmbrs-related fixes (including handling when employee numbers change) and added validation for required seniority date in Nmbrs flows.
• BE — Fixed an issue where payroll codes with override codes were incorrectly transmitted to Prisma.
• DK — added a dedicated detail tab and an additional tab in the closure file for Denmark.
  

🔒 Security & Platform

• Disaster Recovery — DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan) improvements as part of the ISO 27001 journey to speed up and simplify system restoration.
• UX polish — small configuration menu updates (new icon & label) and a support beacon to ask questions directly to support or AI-powered documentation.
  

🧾 Expense Requests (employee self-service)

• Module complete — the new Expense Request module is finished: employees can submit and track expense claims from Epix (policy flags and counters will follow the system logic already present). (This announcement was included per your instruction.)
