📅 Absence Request

We've enhanced our absence self-service module! Now, if the hours aren't filled in, they will be automatically based on the work schedule. Easy peasy!

👥 Team Member Navigation

Navigating to a team member's profile? You'll now see a more intuitive home page view on desktop. Smooth and seamless!

🗂️ All Balances Menu

We’ve added a new menu item for easier navigation to the balances overview. Find what you need in just a few clicks!

You can now manage documents on calendar adjustments. Coming next week: self-service users will be able to add attachments to requests, visible to HR users. Stay tuned!

🌍 ICP Specific Updates

🇧🇪 (Prisma) & 🇳🇱 (Nmbrs) Interfaces

We've updated the Prisma (BE) and Nmbrs (NL) interfaces to improve data quality.

Our UK provider interface is in test phase and will be ready soon!

📥 Import/Export

🛠️ Enhanced Import/Export Functionality

• Fixed blank state import.
• Improved selection of employer when importing payroll codes.
• Enhanced import of pay components and updating with the same payroll code.
• Skipped import records with zero values.
• Display specific errors on import fly-ins.

🛠️ General Improvements

📧 HR Mailing List

HR can now easily create a mailing list based on organizational structure. Just click the button to get email addresses of team members!

🎛️ User Experience

• Dropdowns no longer refresh as frequently, providing a smoother experience.
• Date format in the payroll closure wizard has been updated.
• ICP code is now displayed instead of the country code on the people page for consistency.
• Processes can now be ordered by date, making it easy to find the oldest or newest ones.

📈 High-Performance Analytics

We're making strides in high-performance calendar analytics and started creating a pre-calculated calendar in the background to enhance your experience. Soon we will develop new analytics for end users.
