A partner is a partner?

A partner is a partner is a partner? Hmm, not so sure about that.

A partner is a partner is a partner? Hmm, not so sure about that.

The word partner is derived from the Latin ‘partītiōnem’ where ‘partītiō’ stands for ‘the act of sharing’.

And that is precisely what it takes when a payroll technology company partners with an in-country payroll provider (ICP) to build an international payroll platform.
The parties share knowledge, expertise, experience, resources and, most of all, passion for payroll and for the client.

Even when it is seldom expressed out loud, we all feel that a correct and timely calculation of our monthly pay is at the top of the priority list of things we expect from our employers.

These days there’s lots of reading to be done about Employee Engagement, Quiet/Quick Quitting and the Productivity Gap.

Of course company culture, a non-toxic workplace, a healthy work-life balance, interesting benefits and remote work are all very important elements for the Employee Net Promotor Score (eNPS) mix.
But what is the effect on eNPS if employees have doubts about their salary being processed correctly? That pension, tax, benefits and other contributions are calculated accurately? Or that one is not guaranteed of timely payment and thus is worried about overdrafts on the debit account?

When partnering in view of delivering managed payroll services at an international scale, it is of extreme importance to select top-notch ICPs.
Only by working hand-in-glove with them, one can commit to the 100% ACT: 100% Accuracy, 100% Compliancy and 100% Timeliness.

It starts with a solid understanding of how to design international payroll services while never overlooking the local legislation and industry-specific payroll requirements.
Services and technology are equally important to ensure that payroll operations are solid and secure, end-to-end.

The ICPs need to offer the local payroll ingredients for the SaaS aggregation platform. The international payroll technology provider uses these and adds the international sauce before heating the development oven to bake the software lasagne.
The result is a dish in which all the elements are optimally blended to result in an exceptionally delicious payroll experience for its users, the international payroll professionals.

And so, we are back to the sharing topic: plenty for everyone!
