We’re looking for someone who combines a solid understanding of payroll processes with a strong affinity for technology.
You:
- Think analytically and have strong problem-solving skills;
- Have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in payroll, preferably in an international or multi-country context;
- Understand how payroll processes work and can easily bridge the gap between business and technology;
- Are familiar with data conversion in the context of system transformations and transitions;
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and with a customer focus;
- Enjoy structure and project-based work;
- Speak and write fluently in Dutch and English;
- Enjoy working in a small, entrepreneurial team where everyone makes an impact;
- Are positive, curious, and customer-oriented.

To support our growth, we are looking for a motivated Customer Success Consultant who guides our customers through the implementation, configuration, and daily use of Epix.
Your role
As a Customer Success Consultant, you are the first point of contact for our customers after they sign their contract. You make sure they can get started smoothly with Epix and feel supported from day one.
In practice, this means you will:
- Work closely with our sales and development teams to guide customers from contract signing to go-live.
- Help customers with the configuration of Epix, including correct settings, data, and connections with local payroll providers.
- Coordinate communication between customers and payroll partners who receive data from Epix.
- Support new customers during the first months after go-live to ensure that Epix processes and payroll operations run flawlessly.
- Follow up on and resolve day-to-day functional questions about Epix, focusing on usability and accuracy.
- Actively participate in testing new features, integrations, and improvements within Epix.
- Contribute to customer documentation, knowledge sharing, and training for end users.
- You keep security in mind — helping us protect our data and meet ISO 27001 standards.
